SCREW-IN HEATERS

DESCRIPTION

Screw-in heaters are ideal for the heating of liquid or gaseous, flowing and stationary media. On the basis of the boundary conditions, such as the type and property of the medium, pressure and temperature, the flow heaters can be ideally designed to suit your field of application. The medium is heated directly, for which purpose electrical energy is converted in the heating rods to heat energy. This energy is then transferred to the medium. For this, the boundary conditions are very important, as every medium has its own specific properties.

    REMARKS

    INSTALLATION

    It must be ensured that:

    • the heating rods are completely surrounded by liquid
    • dry running is avoided
    • assembly horizontally or vertically from below is recommended

    CAUTION!

Descale the device in good time!
Lime on the heating rods shortens the service life significantly
